Who We Welcome
Kyebambe Girls' Secondary School warmly welcomes young women of all backgrounds who are ready to commit to academic excellence, Christian values, and the proud traditions of The Star Empire. We are a fully residential all-girls boarding school — every student lives, studies, and grows together on our beautiful campus in Fort Portal City, Kabarole District, Western Uganda.
We admit students at two entry points: Senior One (S.1) for O-Level beginners, and Senior Five (S.5) for A-Level entrants. All admissions are merit-based and guided by Uganda's national education standards.
Admission Requirements
O-Level Entry (S.1)
Primary Leavers- Uganda Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results
- Minimum aggregate score as per government guidelines
- Primary Leaving Certificate (original)
- Birth certificate (original & photocopy)
- Successful admission interview
- Two recent passport-size photos
A-Level Entry (S.5)
O-Level Completers- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results
- Minimum of 6 passes including English Language
- Strong performance in chosen A-Level subjects
- UCE Certificate or certified results slip
- Birth certificate (original & photocopy)
- Successful subject combination interview

Obtain Application Form
Collect the official application form from the school bursar's office at Kyebambe Girls' campus, Fort Portal City, or contact us at 0772699952.
Complete & Submit Form
Fill in all required fields carefully. Attach certified copies of all required documents and submit to the school admissions office.
Interview & Selection
Shortlisted candidates are invited to campus for an admission interview. We assess academic potential, character, and readiness for boarding life.
Offer Letter Issued
Successful candidates receive an official offer letter from the Headteacher confirming their place at Kyebambe Girls' Secondary School.
Report & Enrol
On the designated reporting date, arrive with all requirements and fees. Your daughter officially becomes a Star Empire student!

Tuition Fees
Covers all academic instruction, examination preparation, and learning materials for the term.
Boarding Fees
Covers accommodation, meals (3 per day), bedding, and all residential support services.
Development Fees
Contributes to ongoing school infrastructure, classroom maintenance, and campus improvements.
Co-Curricular Fees
Covers sports, clubs, cultural activities, debate, and all extra-academic programmes.
